Director of EHS– Manufacturing

Industry leading manufacturer is seeking a Director of EHS to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards while driving a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety.
• Collaborate with leadership and site teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and permitting.
• Travel: 25% to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
