New opening for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with consumer marketing experience who is interested in getting in on the ground floor of a very small but growing business. If you have worked in a start-up environment and like the idea of starting from scratch, this could be the role for you!

This is a great opportunity to drive, build and expand the marketing efforts for a burgeoning company and be part of the leadership team.

Competitive base salary. No healthcare benefits . Hybrid - 3 days in Chicago office (north side).

Target Candidate Will Have:

• 8-ish years of digital marketing experience (email, social, lead gen).
• Well-versed in paid and organic marketing.
• Current or recent experience in consumer marketing
• People supervisory or management experience (FTEs or Freelance/Contractors).
• Working with agency partners (vetting and onboarding agencies, even better).
• Analytics driven.
• Able to plan/strategize and pull levers by doing hands on keyboard work.
• Scrappy, resourceful, all-in, tenacious, and team minded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign ownership and execution.
• Own social media and brand efforts.
• Team leadership.
• Leverage experience to connect with an intended audience.
• Strong collaborator.
• Oversee one direct report with the ability to hire 1-2 additional FTEs in the coming year
