Role: Senior Data Scientist
Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid)
Salary: $100K – $180K depending on experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in statistical modeling and data science, preferably within credit, insurance, life underwriting, or healthcare research
- Strong hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), medical billing data, and medical coding systems
- Proficient in Python or PySpark, with working knowledge of additional languages such as SQL or R
- Deep understanding of machine learning models; experience with NLP or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus
- Ability to independently scope, lead, and execute data science projects from start to finish
- Experience building and deploying predictive models using both structured and unstructured data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and share best practices across teams
- Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and modern analytics tools
