Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with intermediate Excel skills to support workflow management and work order creation using engineering software. This is a fully on-site role ideal for candidates with experience in regulated industries such as medical coding, utilities, or engineering operations .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage data within engineering workflow systems.
  • Create and track work orders using specialized software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Perform intermediate-level Excel tasks including formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and reporting.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
  • Experience with engineering software or similar workflow tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical coding, utilities, compliance) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening .
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Marietta, GA

Compensation:

$16/hr to $17/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
