Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Office Clerk

Location: Austin, TX

Experience Level: 1 to 3 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator / Office Clerk to join our team in either Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry and general office administration, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in data entry or as an office clerk.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (preferably 40+ WPM).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
