Plant Grow Harvest (PGH) is a vertically integrated, multi-geography seed, fresh, and specialty potato business with operations in multiple locations across the country and planned expansion in additional regions. PGH also offers in-house supply chain solutions, brokerage, and consulting solutions for major potato businesses across North America. We are positioned for industry-leading growth and seeking additional talent to oversee operational execution and make a substantial early impact on the trajectory of the company.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Business Analyst and CFO in capturing, organizing, and analyzing key data across our farming and processing operations. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing accurate reporting and dashboards, improving data visibility, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of operational and financial data.
• Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize performance trends.
• Assist in building data models to support the monitoring of KPIs across the company.
• Work with cross-functional teams (farming, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs for data handling and reporting.
• Assist with the selection, design, and implementation of the company’s first ERP; maintain data integrity thereafter.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Power Query is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with remote team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or co-op experience in a data-related role is a plus.
• Experience working with agricultural or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Willing and able to occasionally travel to other locations in the USA (up to 10%).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience).
• Bonus: 10% discretionary bonus.
• Benefits: PTO, opportunity for career advancement.
• Location: Based in Cochise, AZ, USA.
