The Role
This opportunity is perfect for a skilled contracts and transactions attorney who thrives on solving complex challenges and collaborating across teams.
You'll lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of sophisticated agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and MSAs,
..while advising on critical compliance matters involving domestic and international data privacy laws.
Additionally, you'll strategically influence legal policies and business practices that align with the company’s bold vision for the future.
Your Background
• Experience: At least 4 years of inhouse experience in contracts and transactions, with a proven track record of working on impactful, high-stakes projects.
• Tech contract experience preferred and telecom contracts preferred but not required.
• Corporate legal department experience also preferred.
• Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
