Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communication Coordinator to support our executive team through many job functions such as: communications, creative thinking, project support, and administrative support. You will work with a team of talented professionals across many different departments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing executive productivity and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications: Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism while serving as a liaison with stakeholders.
  • Creative Thinking: Collaborate with executives to develop ideas that enhance the Tronex brand. Suggest new ideas and initiatives that foster creativity.
  • Project Support: Assisting with special projects, conducting research, and compiling information for decision-making. Preparing presentations and analysis for meetings and strategic planning.
  • Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for C-suite executives. Prepare agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available for meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of business experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in editing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You need to possess exceptional organizational skills to be successful in this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Google Drive, Photos, Sheets, Slides, Docs), and project management tools.

The position is located full time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters.
