COMMERCIAL LEAD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS MANAGER

Major Infrastructure Projects (Caribbean)

Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 + Bonus

Location: U.S. Virgin Islands

You’ll join a globally recognized construction group known for delivering high-profile airports, bridges, tunnels, and highways — and you’ll be at the center of the action, steering the commercial and contractual success of multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the commercial strategy and manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, procurement, claims, and risk on major civil infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (design-build, lump sum, unit price, collaborative delivery models).
  • Oversee tendering, contract administration, procurement plans, and cost/value reporting, ensuring all deliverables are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Partner closely with project executives, legal advisors, and site leadership to ensure projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and on time.
  • Provide commercial insight and analytics to guide decision-making and influence project outcomes at the highest level.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Construction Management, Finance, Legal, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial management, contracts administration, or project controls within large-scale construction.
  • Airline or airport construction experience is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of contract law, change management, claims, risk, and procurement processes.
  • Experience across a variety of delivery models (design-build, lump sum, unit price).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across executives, legal counsel, subcontractors, and consultants.
