We are a well-established General Contractor based in Oklahoma, OK and are confidentially seeking a talented Project Leader. We have a reputation for quality design-build projects and are seeking the right Project Manager to join our successful operations and leadership team. Our annual volume is in excess of $500M and we serve a wide variety of clients in the public and private sector: office, life sciences, technology, healthcare, education and much more.

Working alongside the Business Development, Preconstruction and Estimating team the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project and team from early design stage through full completion delivering 100% client satisfaction. The qualified candidate has experience with a reputable company leading construction projects in similar market segments and are seeking additional responsibility and have a desire to grow into a leadership position.

Experience with the following is critical: document review, compliance, contract management, scope, design assist, constructibility issues, submittals, structural engineering, RFP's, design, owner contract management, awarding subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders, create and monitor schedule, create and foster productive relationships with owner and subcontractors, ensure proper document control, drive safety policy, motivate, inspire and lead and mentor others on the project team.
