HVAC Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):

• Actual Pay depends on experience certifications skills test and skill level.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

• Builds positive relationships with customers and team
• Installing maintaining and repairing commercial or residential ventilation air conditioning systems and equipment
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

Residential HVAC Installer Qualifications:

• 1 years in commercial HVAC Installs preferred
• EPA and RMGA certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
• Experienced with pressure sensors humidity sensors rooftop units make-up air units differential pressure devices variable frequency drives and air handler units.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment No smoking.
