Job Title: Commercial Office Cleaner (Full-Time)

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with availability for occasional overtime)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Office Cleaner to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment in office spaces across our managed portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, and kitchens
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Take out trash and recycling
• Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed
• Respond to special cleaning requests and support occasional event setups
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
