How You Will Make an Impact: The Clinical Manager plays a crucial role, overseeing the daily operations, clinical departments, and staff. Their impact extends across various dimensions of patient care, staff management, and operational efficiency, thus affecting patient care quality, staff development, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the Care Center. Their leadership and management skills are essential for providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
What You Will Do: The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations for the Care Center, to ensure high-quality, effective, efficient, and compassionate patient care. This position is responsible for staff training and development, performance management, quality assurance, patient safety and advocacy, and workflow coordination. The Clinical Manager reports to the Practice Administrator.

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office and clinical setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, including computer keyboards and mice; telephones; photocopiers; scanners; filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others. The employee is frequently required to sit; will occasionally stand and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; operation of standard office machines and equipment. CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
