Job Description

The Chief Revenue Officer is a strategic growth leader with revenue generation and executive-level business development experience, a strong background in construction and infrastructure services, and an exceptional ability to align sales, estimating, and operations teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Position Overview

One of Hawaii’s leading heavy civil construction and infrastructure firms seeks a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to lead state-wide revenue growth across multiple business lines, including construction, concrete, renewable energy, and water well services. This executive role will unify sales, estimating, marketing, and operations to drive market expansion, deliver high-impact projects, and position the company for long-term growth in Hawaii and the broader Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company-wide revenue growth strategy.
  • Align sales, estimating, marketing, and operations teams under a unified growth system.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal closure to long-term client success.
  • Build and optimize scalable sales and business development processes.
  • Lead client acquisition and retention efforts to drive sustained revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with operations and estimating teams to ensure precision in bids, pricing, and contract strategy.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for revenue performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team-based execution.

Requirements

  • Experience unifying sales, marketing, estimating, and operations toward shared growth objectives.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue and margin growth in complex, project-based environments.
  • Strong contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and P&L management experience.
  • Analytical, decisive, and outcome-oriented leadership style.
  • Willingness to be based in Hawaii (Maui preferred) or travel frequently to Maui.
