Job Description:
- Analyze tactical provider KPIs and Metrics and provide reports/feedback.
- Support the day-to-day management of transportation providers, focusing on service
- execution, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
- Creation of new reports/tools based on the requirements from product backlog.
- High level of data analytics, excel, Tableau and other analytical tools.
- Should be able to handle tasks independently and be a proactive solution provider
- Strong in Data analysis across the pipelines between SAP & down streams.
- Ability to turn data into information and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Retail, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Sourcing) to
- ensure delivery alignment with partner expectations.
- Should be proactive and ensure task is completed as per expectations.
- Help monitor last-mile delivery to retail stores and distribution centers, flagging risks and supporting proactive exception handling.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels
- Participate in logistics projects and initiatives, supporting planning, documentation, and execution tasks.
- Advanced analytics: i.e. Python, SQL, etc. is a plus
- Strong ability to solve problems.
- Build relationships across teams to support outbound execution and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable in dealing with global business colleagues.
- Having a good experience in planning his/her tasks independently and proactive to identify and mitigate risks within the project
