Job Description

Position Summary:

BD Representatives are responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into booked consultations. Reps will be the first point of contact for many new clients and must represent the brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and consultative sales skills. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales leads
• Book and host discovery calls with prospective clients
• Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM
• Coordinate with Project Managers for a smooth handoff post-sale
• Hit monthly KPIs related to meetings booked and deals closed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Highly organized and motivated to meet and exceed goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
