Location: MN-Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join our Business Transformation practice. Our Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Governance and Oversight
    • Establish and maintain vendor management policies, procedures, and standards
    • Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Contract and Performance Management
    • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
    • Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and scorecards
    • Participate in regular vendor reviews and audits
  • Risk and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor operations, data security, and financial exposure
    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to standards
  • Relationship Management
    • Serve as the point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Foster strong partnerships to maximize vendor value and innovation
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Maintain accurate vendor records and dashboards
    • Provide executive-level reporting on vendor performance, spend, and risk
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • Mid-level with 3 – 5 years of experience in vendor management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of understanding contracts, following compliance, and risk management practices

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and innovation
  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) or procurement software

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
