We're Hiring a Bookkeeping Manager!
Location: 310 S Industrial Blvd Suite Euless, TX 76040
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Owner

What You’ll Do:

Macro-level

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • General Ledger Maintenance : Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the company’s financial records.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform and guide the company’s financial planning.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, development teams, and executives to support and achieve financial goals.

Micro-Level

  • Process and pay bills for the office, car washes, and construction projects, ensuring all critical payments (utilities, internet, water, etc.) are made accurately and on time
  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation in both paper files and Google Drive for easy access and compliance
  • Review and process payroll for the office and all car washes using ADP, providing summaries and identifying issues for the owner
  • Ensure monthly budgets are prepared, reviewed, and approved prior to the start of each month, and compare actuals to budgeted results
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) by the 15th of each month, identifying and correcting errors or red flags
  • Monitor expenses closely to identify cost-saving opportunities and help minimize waste
  • Prepare operational and financial reports, including utilities usage, chemical usage per car wash, and sales percentages
  • Participate in monthly financial review meetings, contributing insights, conclusions, and action items
  • Maintain and improve financial processes using QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, and related tools
  • Train team members on required financial and reporting procedures, including expense reporting and ADP onboarding
  • Process and audit membership payments and bonus compensation
  • Update and maintain weekly KPIs on the dashboard

What You’ll Need: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or growing organization
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience with tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, ADP, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) accurately and on time
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications such as Bill.com and Expensify.
