Sales & Staffing Manager — Carle Place, NY (On-Site Role)

We’re looking for confident, high-energy sales professionals who are ready to hit the ground running — helping companies find top talent, and helping people land life-changing job opportunities. You'll be based onsite in Carle Place, but you’ll spend time out in Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County meeting clients where they are.

Please note: This role requires full fluency in both Spanish and English.

• Own your territory – build relationships with hiring managers across Brooklyn, Queens, and Nassau County.
• Get out there – cold call, knock on doors, meet decision-makers, and grow your book of business.
• Drive results – you’ll have metrics, goals, and uncapped potential.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3+ years of sales experience (retail, B2B, or staffing sales welcome!)
• Proven ability to crush goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills — phone, in person, social media — you’re comfortable everywhere.
• Confidence to cold call, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to commute throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County.
