Sales & Staffing Manager — Carle Place, NY (On-Site Role)

You'll be based onsite in Carle Place, but you’ll spend time out in Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County meeting clients where they are.

Please note: This role requires full fluency in both Spanish and English.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3+ years of sales experience (retail, B2B, or staffing sales welcome!)
  • Proven ability to crush goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills — phone, in person, social media — you’re comfortable everywhere.
  • Confidence to cold call, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
  • Willingness to commute throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County.
