Bartender

The Role

The bartender prepares all alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for bar service and members. Engages with members' needs and preferences to make recommendations and provide positive guest experience.

Qualifications & Disposition:

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years bartending experience
  • Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times
  • Passion for food & beverage operations. 
  • Ability to build tasteful and respectful relationships with members 
  • Professional, tactful & well-versed in conflict resolution
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
