Join Our Team as a Barista! McDade’s Emporium and Ice Cream Saloon, nestled within our beautiful resort, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for coffee, a knack for customer service, and a desire to create unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Serve with a Smile: Delight our guests by fulfilling their orders with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Fulfilling Guest Orders: Manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Create Personalized Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special and memorable.
• Craft Delicious Beverages: Prepare a variety of drinks to perfection, following our menu standards.
• Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and a place where guests love to linger.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
