I am a busy mother with two older children (ages 15 and 21) seeking a responsible, organized, and caring individual to help streamline our home and daily responsibilities. This is not a traditional nanny role. Because my children are older and mostly independent, the position is more aligned with that of a household manager and personal assistant. Key responsibilities include keeping the home organized, managing schedules and appointments, running errands, preparing light meals, and occasionally supervising my 15-year-old, including transportation to and from activities. We are specifically looking for an au pair who is trustworthy, fun, energetic, and patient--someone who holds a valid driver's license and is confident driving our children to their extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills are important to us, so we can stay informed about our children's well-being, routines, and any challenges that come up. We value someone who is proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently, while still collaborating with us when needed.
