We are actively seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our expanding Trusts & Estates Litigation team in Pasadena, California . This hybrid position is ideal for an attorney based in the Pasadena area who enjoys the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the ability to meet clients in person when necessary. You'll work on complex, high-impact matters alongside a collaborative and experienced legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Conduct client consultations and provide tailored legal advice
• Manage estate and trust administration, including asset identification, valuation, and distribution
• Perform in-depth legal research and draft memoranda on intricate estate and trust matters
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to deliver exceptional legal services
• Meet a minimum annual billable hour requirement of 1,800 hours

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility for admission)
• Solid experience in Trusts & Estates law
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $105,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Opportunities: Based on billable hour milestones and performance
