What You Will Be Doing

• Handle family law matters from inception through resolution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their cases
• Appear in court both in person and remotely
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and legal assistants to move matters efficiently
• Make independent daily case decisions
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct targeted legal research to support case strategy
• Participate in regular case reviews to ensure proactive client communication
• Enter detailed client notes and billable time into the case management system
• Advocate for clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings

Compensation

Base compensation is tied to the billable rate, with a target of approximately 1,500 billable hours annually, calculated quarterly.

Mid-Level Attorney

• $125,000 – $165,000 base salary

Senior Attorney

• $165,000 – $200,000 base salary

Additional compensation includes

• Annual bonus based on firm performance
• 10 percent origination bonus
