What You’ll Do:
- Participate in all aspects of the litigation process , including discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Assist in managing and coordinating the discovery process , including drafting discovery requests, responding to discovery, and handling e-discovery platforms.
- Prepare for depositions , working directly with clients, experts, and witnesses.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic advice on case assessments.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials, providing key support to senior attorneys and clients.
- Build and nurture client relationships with professional communication and timely updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Active license to practice law in California (in good standing).
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in California.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
- A desire to learn from an experienced partner and grow in your litigation practice.
