What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and keep the restaurant running like a well-oiled smoker.
• Lead by example—train, mentor, and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service and Southern charm.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, and onboarding with precision and care.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are always met (and exceeded).
• Keep inventory stocked and orders flowing so we’re always ready to fire up the grill.
• Jump into marketing and promotions to keep guests engaged and coming back for more.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile—turning any issue into a win.
• Support financial goals through smart cost control and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as an AGM or GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant & bar.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development.
• Deep knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• A guest-first mindset and a love for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Experience in BBQ, fast-casual, or quick-service dining is a big plus.
• A genuine love for great food and Southern hospitality.
