Libby's Loving Hands in Easton, MD is looking for an assessment RN to join our strong team. We are located on 32 S Washington St Ste 3. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged on-call nurse.
Responsibilities
- Motivating patients to help restore and improve their home care experience.
- Providing medication oversight for LPN's, CNA's and CMT's.
- Identifying patient care requirements.
- Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to agency standards.
- Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine administration procedures and regulations.
- Assessing patients on admission, when conditions change and annually thereafter.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills, great empathy for others and the ability to maintain kindness and compassion for everyone.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Team-oriented mentality and good leadership skills.
- Extreme diligence to work during on-call including weekends and holidays.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and improve their skills and competence.
