We are seeking an Aesthetic Guest Coordinator who shares this motivation and will help create an amazing patient experience.
Job And Ideal Candidate Responsibilities include the following:
- Greet clients and patients upon arrival and handle check-in process for aesthetic patients.
- Check out patients with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer questions via email, online, and phone regarding products and services.
- Respond to and handle client correspondence in a timely and articulate manner.
- Achieve individual monthly retail sales goal.
- Follow up with clients, maintain relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
- Maintain consultation rooms and retail area, ensuring space is welcoming and presentable.
- Oversee merchandising standards of clara retail space.
- Manage a phone line with a less than 15% missed call rate.
- Assist with administrative duties including mailings, filing, scanning, and answering the phone.
- Assist with marketing including planning events, revising marketing collateral, and brainstorming promotions.
Qualifications
- Goal oriented
- At least 1 year of prior customer service experience
- Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Alignment with our values of integrity, humility and excellence.
Schedule This is a full-time position 36-40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This position is based out of our Briargate and Northgate offices.
Reviews Vanguard Skin Specialists believes in providing regular feedback and encouraging professional development. Your first check in with HR will be approximately 90 days from your date of hire. Written annual reviews take place each fall. For individuals with less than 6 months of tenure by fall review but greater than 6 months tenure at spring review, then the initial review will take place in the spring review.

Compensation & Benefits The pay range is $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. Other benefits include paid time off and employee discounts on products and aesthetic services. Product commission is paid monthly after your first 90 days and there are additional team perks and bonuses for meeting individual and team goals.
Physical Working Conditions - This is a desk job surrounded by some great colleagues. Approximately 90% at a desk and 10% movement for office work.
- Have great computer skills and the ability to use a calculator, printer, copier, scanner and other office equipment.
- Be able to communicate verbally and in written format accurately, effectively and frequently.
- Can identify color on the computer and software used.
