Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant working 30 hours per week. This person will join an insurance company dedicated to offering exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our valued clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Write and send personalized cards to customers for various occasions.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and team members.
  • Maintain and update customer records and files.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Utilize Google Suite products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
