Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal departments and customer organizations for billing, statements, disputes, and returns.
• Perform customer payment analysis and resolve disputed items.
• Assist in training and mentoring new personnel.
• Review large and high-profile accounts.
• Act as a go-to system resource and team player.
• Identify payment discrepancies and initiate dispute resolution.
• Maintain contact with customers to resolve payments, disputes, and returns.
• Work with Collectors and Customer Service on customer credits.
• Process return of customer credit balances.
• Generate internal and external reports.

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Strong reconciliation, organizational, and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM and SAP Disputes
• Familiarity with credit and collection operations
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Education/Experience:

• 2–4 year degree in business, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of B2B or B2G collections and dispute resolution experience
• 5+ years of directly related experience
